# Climate Change-Denying Woman Upset High Temps Ruining Autumn

CHARLOTTE - A North Carolina woman, who does not believe that climate change is real, was upset this afternoon when the high temperature was too warm for her to continue wearing her favorite fall sweater.

"I have to order my pumpkin spiced latte *iced*," said Michaela Stoddard, after picking up her two kids from daycare with her 8 passenger Lincoln Navigator. 

"Every day when I get dressed, I check the temperature..." continued Stoddard, who paused to wipe her tears with a leaf-patterned silk handerchief that she immediately threw into the trash can, "... I can't wear my cute brown boots."

The Stoddard's annual leaf peeping helicopter tour over the Blue Ridge Mountains was also in peril for the third year in a row. 

"The trees just aren't as vibrant after that hurricane Biden made with the cloud seeding," lamented Stoddard, referencing a popular conspiracy among conservatives who can't admit their religious faith is quivering.

Instead, the Charlotte resident is looking ahead to the family ski trip this winter. They family of four will be heading to the slopes in February in 2027 instead of their traditional March.

"The resorts closed early last year without warning," said Stoddard. "So we're now February people. Can't fool me twice!"
